Welcome to insightnotes.in, the official home for the Insight Notes iOS application and companion services. These Terms of Service are a binding contract between you and Insight Notes (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Content on Insight Notes
You retain ownership of any original content you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide to Insight Notes. Your content is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. However, we reserve the right to remove any content from Insight Notes at any time, for any reason (including if someone alleges you contributed content in violation of these Terms), at our sole discretion and without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Insight Notes only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities;
- Sharing your account credentials with others;
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the site;
- Interfering with the security or integrity of our services.
Subscription and Payments
Insight Notes offers both free access and paid subscriptions billed weekly (US$4.99) or yearly (US$49.99). Subscriptions are currently processed through the Apple App Store, and by subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees shown in that listing.
Refund Policy
We offer a free trial for 7 days to test all the features and see if you want to continue as a paid user with unlimited recordings and superior models. If you decide Insight Notes is not the right fit within 14 days of purchase (or within 6 hours of transcription used), please send us an email at nerdykarthik@gmail.com. For Apple App Store purchases, you can also request a refund directly from Apple and their policies will apply. If you ever join a direct-billing beta with us, we will process the refund for you under the same 14-day/6-hour terms. Read more about it in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation Policy
If you're a monthly subscriber, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, but there will be no refunds for the remaining period of the subscription.
Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Insight Notes at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
