Can I record audio from two sources simultaneously?
Insight Notes follows iOS audio session rules, so you can capture from the active mic while playing audio from another app; dual-device capture is not supported.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. Insight Notes supports dozens of languages through AssemblyAI and Whisper. We continue to expand coverage and accuracy for global teams.
Do you offer refunds for paid plans?
Yes. Paid subscribers can request a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days (or 6 hours of transcription) by emailing nerdykarthik@gmail.com.
How can I get support if I need help?

What are the audio and file size limits for each plan?
Free accounts capture quick voice memos with playback only—no transcription. Weekly and yearly plans unlock unlimited recording, transcription, and AI features.
How do you protect my data privacy?
Notes are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only vetted infrastructure operators can access systems, and Insight never trains external models on your content.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. Insight Notes never uses your audio or transcripts to train internal or third-party AI models.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Move between weekly and yearly plans at any time; the change activates on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
We’re actively onboarding teams. Reach out with your requirements and we’ll tailor pricing and onboarding support.
Which devices and platforms do you support?
Insight Notes runs on iOS with a web companion. Android support is on the roadmap—subscribe to updates for launch timing.
How can I delete my account?
Email nerdykarthik@gmail.com from the address attached to your account and we’ll permanently remove your data within 48 hours.
Do you offer special pricing for educational institutions?
Yes. Contact us with your institution’s details to unlock discounted seats for students and faculty.
